Welcome to the town of Chersty, teenagers rule and are left to run wild. Most of these teenagers have been neglected and ignored. No one is interested in changing anything, just so long as the teenagers don't mess up everyone else's perfect lives everthing will be wonderful. The teenagers are in their element. Ruling the place isn't a bad thing, it just means you have options and less to think about. No one cares about what happens to them so they can do whatever they like.
